We have recovered all but the DB and the scripts. I have some of the .pm's
still and some of the scripts. but they are not complete.

How did it die?
Did you try remounting the partition containing the bad stuff on another
Linux system? If you have and that didn't work, then the real question
is "are you willing to send a lot of money to a data recovery firm?"
If you've not yet tried to recover the drive by putting it on another
linux system, that's your first line of attack. If you can't do it
yourself, and can't find anyone local to try it for you, I'd be happy to
try to recover the data for you (yes, my standard rates apply).
