If you know how to use Wordstar OR the Borland editors, you can download
joe rpms for either the mips or intel RaQ and Qube platforms from my ftp
site at "ftp.nobaloney.net".
Be sure to turn on help (^k^h) when you run it the first few times; some
of the commands are subtly different.

Unfortunately the RaQs do NOT use the same directory structure as any
other Linux. This is something you need to learn as you go.
# locate filename
