uuhm.. what riser board? a.f.a.i.k... thats the story with raq4 anyway.. so i don't know why it should be anything different with raq3..

Changing the nic is not possible.. as its integrated on the mainboard.
intel are good nics.. so why change.. you can't anyway..;)
