[cobalt-users] internal server error on admin panel on RAQ4

Folks,

          I just installed a RAQ4 to be a DNS server.  The DNS is working
fine, however, the ip_address/admin URL returns the following error message.
Internal Server Error
The server encountered and internal error or misconfiguration and was unable
to complete your request.
Also, when I go to the ip_address I get the installation wizard not the
place holder page.
If I go to the ip_address/siteadmin page I get the frame on the left, but no
virtual site info.
I?ve searched the archives and compared the /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf files
from this RAQ4 vs another RAQ4 and they are the same except for site name
and ip address.
The /home/sites directory contains a directory for the host name of the
server.
Any thoughts on how to fix this w/o reinstalling.  I?d really like to use
this RAQ4 for more than a DNS.
