You have to change the script to make the .htaccess file a bit
different. The trick is, that Frontpage sites uses a special kind of
fallback routine (i.e. both PAM and ordinary textfile authentication
in use). You have to make it use only the PAM system for Webalizer
htaccess files.
We use this trick (and lots of other nice tricks) in our webalizer
PKG, that we install. I can't remember the exact keyword for the
.htaccess file right now; please look it up in the Apache manual - or
send me an email, if you can't find it.
