We just purchased a Merchant Order Form ( thanks Carrie!) 10 site or more
license. Basically what the "no resale" thing is about is that you can't
resell the APPLICATION. You can however sell the service of creating stores
for your clients with the application. At $150.00 for unlimited copies, I
would say it's a deal! It seems super flexible and easy to set-up. It took
me ( and I'm no CGI-Joe) about 10 minutes to install and set it up.

While this looks very interesting, I feel in all fairness I must point
out this paragraph I found on their site:
Resale or hosting license
Please note that none of the licenses above are for resale,
redistribution, or hosting services. Please contact us for special
arrangements if you are interested in purchasing this type of
license. You must have special arrangements for any reselling,
redistribution, or use on a hosting service of Merchant OrderForm
v1.5.
