Resolved situation:
I've been moved into a physically verified RaQ4, have done all of the tests
on it and have verified it myself as well.
For other CR customers' information, I worked with Mark Bayliss today
(mark@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx) to get this resolved.
Last night I emailed support@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, Tom Surmiak
(tom@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx - note rack, not racks), and two different emails I had
for Sam Moats from when he's replied to me. Mark is the person who contacted
me early this morning in reponse to that email.
I also called Cobalt (the company) today and was told that they (Cobalt the
company) doesn't set who is a True Blue partner, Diamond partner, etc. - the
person I spoke with could not, in fact, tell me how a provider is determined
to be at these different levels. So when someone says they were told CR
isn't a True Blue partner, you might want to ask specifically *who* makes
that determination and then check it with *that* person (or team).

My situation with the RaQ3/RaQ4 is resolved. Connections seem to be better
also at the moment, of course I'll keep an eye on it.
I've also made a note of the list members who offered to match or beat CR's
prices - and even though other list members might be getting frustrated over
those offers, I appreciate knowing about them should I need them.

Last post from me on the topic, if anyone wants more details feel free to
email me off-list.

Also, if anyone would like to offer up their services as an alternate
provider please let me know and I'll make a list; anyone wanting that list
can email me and I'll send it to them (that way the list doesn't become a
'lowest bid list' *smile*). Please include contact email address, phone
number, and URL along with any other details you'd like to pass on and put
the subject as "Cobalt ISP List" so I can pick it out of my mail quickly and
add you to the list.
