Re: [cobalt-users] cobalt racks legal issues

Had mine certified, was sold as a 3i, and leased to me as a 4i, Im still
waiting for them to move my drive to a real 4i like the sales man tom said
they would just after we spoke around noon today.

They've got another 3 hours before I signup elsewhere and pursue legal
actions. Some people have already had their servers made right and are now
on true 4i's, but for some reason they have left me on a raq3i with the 4i
software. Even after Mr Surmiak told me that he would get a technician on
it. Even after I told him that he could do this at any point since I dont
care if they take the server down right now (meaning noon today). Even after
everything else, they should have techs pulling overtime to straighten out
this mess and make their customers priority number 1.

Oh well, all I can say is good riddance.

Adam
