www.arin.net will tell you who 'owns' the IP...
BlueGenesis.com, Inc (ontario CA)
traceroute will often give clues about where the server is if you can
guess what cities the routers are in from the names...
in this case tho, all it tells me is you are 1 hop off of alter.net in
toranto..(fairly decent routing)
