Remember , if you are going through another nameserver you will have to
wait 24 hours for the cached copy of the dns data to expire before it will
ask your machine for new info...the name->ip will hang around untill then.
try asking the nameserver on your machine directly with nslookup (via
telnet) or setting your machine up to use your nameserver as it's
nameserver...
