RE: [cobalt-users] Problems w/ Cobaltracks.com

First of all, we never said Lawsuit!

We were prepared to, and found enough one sided evidence to file criminal
charges, and Cobalt Networks were fully comprised of the situation during an
investigation by various resources to get to the bottom of this situation.
Cobalt Racks has since contacted Cobalt Networks legal officers as requested
to report that they acknowledged a problem.

Cobalt Racks admits that did find out that some of the 300MHZ CPU chips are
in some of their RaQ4 servers because they were received on a special order
of custom-built server that was offered to them at a discount price.

If it is found by Cobalt Networks that this is not a true statement made to
me I will notified.

The server was described to me as having the RaQ4i front panel, the required
mod labels and revision labels inside. But had a 300MHZ chip and a single
network port.

This link is a test page to show you a server condition on a fully qualified
RaQ4i that is supplied by Cobalt Racks.com
http://www.web1hosting.com/test

If you find any difference to your RaQ4i server call Cobalt Racks at (540)
722-6705

Cobalt Racks will check each CPU that is reading as a 300MHZ by opening the
box and physically looking at the chip to verify the speed if you call them.
They will not take a server down without an approval to check that you have
a 300MHZ in a RaQ4i or RaQ4r.

Make sure you tell the person that answers that you need to talk to a tech
or the CEO because you have a 300MHZ CPU being reported by the server so
they can physically check it.
If anyone still has a problem they can email me or leave me a toll free
voice message at (877) 290-5010 please leave your domain name and telephone
number.
