[cobalt-users] Using restore from the cobalt raq4

Hi,
Can someone tell me what happens when:

1. I am downloading a backup of my server, the options I have chosen are as
follows:
All Server configuration,  email and user files.

2. What happens if I restore onto a raq3i, will it throughly screwup the
server or will it make the 3i run as a 4i,.

What's the best way if we are on a raq3i with 4i software, and we are moving
to a raq3i, that we can make backups of all hosted sites and put them onto
the new raq3i?  Is it best through just ftp or can we use the backup system
on the cobalt raq4i software and restore it on a raq3i system.
