Re: [cobalt-users] Problems w/ Cobaltracks.com



The speed really does not make a noticable difference from the RAQ3 to the
RAQ4.  But even if the processor was the same or faster, if a company did
use RAQ3s and claim them to be RAQ4s that would still be fraudulent.  The
reason why it is, is because there is no way to make an RAQ3 an RAQ4.  Only
cobalt as a manufactor can design a RAQ.  Even if they use all the parts in
the world, it will always just be an RAQ3 made into an RAQ4.

Same w/ cars.  Each year the manufactors change little body effects here and
there.  If you decided to add the parts to your car to make it the newer
model, would your car become younger?  No it would still be the same year
car w/ newer year parts.
