do a 'cat /proc/pci'

RaQ4's run at 450Mhz and have dual (2) ethernet ports - and have the ASP
option listed under Services, as well as PHP under Site Settings.
For RaQ4 OS restore CDs, contact your nearest Cobalt distributor (in EMEA) -
not sure how the US does it.
