I just run the same tests using the PHP script Carrie recommended and the
dmesg command and I'm getting the following results:

Phasi results

CPU: 1 AuthenticAMD AMD-K6(tm) 3D processor 298 MHz Processor(s)

Dmesg
---
Detected 298807917 Hz processor.

This looks very dodgy!
