Re: [cobalt-users] Is There A Real Difference w/ The RAQ4??

Im no lawyer, but if in fact it turns out true that some hosts are using
their raq4 recovery cds to install onto some raq3's wouldnt this be against
the law, afterall, it's rather like me installing windows2k on all my
friends machines just because I have a win2k cd. Seems to me it is against
the law and if found true they will have a lot more on their hands than
refunding peoples monies. Im thinking a little jail time might be
appropriate if in fact this is what some hosts are doing. Im going to email
Paul at cobalt and see what the situation is, whether its legally legal to
do such a thing, nevermind whether it's moral or not, as I know it's not
moral to decieve people.
