Same exact hardware, In fact you can get a restore cd for a RAQ 4 and make
your 3 a RAQ4.

the diffeentce is the raq4 comes with chilisoft they sell that as a
standalone/ raq3 upgrade for $800...that is the only real diffeence between
the same hardware models
