We use Webtrends Log Analyzer but we don't offer hosting services. Our
server is used to host our own domains and company sights.
A lot of people on the list use Webalizer and have good results.

What we've done is set up logrotate to only rotate our logs at the end of
the month, then we run the Webtrends package on them.
Do a "man logrotate" for configuration options.
