[cobalt-users] webalizer and htaccess

Hello, we have installed the webalizer package from the cobalt site and
installed the updated htaccess pkg from their site as well, but yet we can
still go into any users directory and view their stats without being
confronted with the authentication system.  Do the stats have to regenerate
and then it will take care of it, or do we need to reboot or what?
