[cobalt-users] Horde/IMP on RAQ 4i

I am trying to get Horde/IMP (http://www.horde.org/) working on a RAQ 4i.
MySQL, Apache+PHP, Cyrus IMAPD all installed, tested, and working fine.
Horde has a web-based config; after you do the confie, you run a script that
shuts off all permissions on the config scripts and other files. After which,
you're supposed to get the IMP Webmail login. Unfortunately, horde keeps
insisting it is still "configurable" and won't budge past the bail out that
occurs.
Anyone done/seen this? I am also pursuing this on the horde/imp mailing
list, with little success. All permissions are as they should be, according
to the horde doc's. Maybe this is a Cobalt thing?
Thank you.
