The knowledge base has a pretty good article on this just search with 
"pop befoe smtp"

At any rate, the package you want is at

ftp.cobaltnet.com/pub/contrib/binaries/

(put an ftp:// before the above if you go in with a web browser)

download the package that works for your machine (for Raq3, I'd 
suggest version 1.2 although many are now using 1.2.4 and it's 
working fine for them).

Then go to the GUI screen and click on Maintenance and then, from 
that screen, click on "install software" at the top and in that 
screen, you click on "install software package" and it will give you 
a box or whatever to search for the package you've downloaded to your 
computer. Select it, follow the prompts and the GUI will install this 
package for you. It works immediately upon installation.
