[cobalt-users] New site and no mail

Hello,

I'm just past my 30 days of support and have found an unusual situation
which is not explained in the RAQ4 book.

I have created a site called www.aitp-wrv.org  I have not loaded any web
page yet other than the standard cobalt starter page.  I cannot receive
e-mail sent to this domain.  I have compared my DNS settings with my other
sites and it all seems ok.  Does a new index.html need to be loaded into
this site before e-mail will work?  My test e-mail address on this site is:
flood@xxxxxxxxxxxx
