We've recently run into the same erorr message (we're not
sure if this has an adverse effect or not). As far as we
can determine, this is related to having ASP enabled when
you make any changes (such as re-naming the site, etc.)

Thus far, the only work-around is to ensure that ASP is
disabled before making any changes relating to the domain
name, ie: host, domain name, etc.
