[cobalt-users] E-mail account not in GUI

I have a cobalt RAQ1 and have added a user "joe" The user is not showing up in the cobalt GUI. But, if I try to add a user "joe" it says that the user already exist. I can telnet in and see the user name in the var/spool/mail directory. You can send e-mail to the user and it doesn't get returned. But when you check the user e-mail it asks for the password over and over. There is a .joe.pop file in that directory too. My guess is that the user has too much mail in their mail box. But, how do I increase the disk quota from the command prompt? Or how do I make that user show back up in the GUI. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
