I don't want to alarm you, but you should take very diligent actions. 
If some page was altered, it might indicate a more complete 
compromise of your machine.
Someone pointed you to some very good urls, read them.
You might want to cut the machine off the Internet and perform an 
audit of it. You sure don't want to leave a big backdoor on your 
site.
