[cobalt-users] way to enforce adverts?

I'm going to be giving away a few hosting accounts on our server in exchange
for advertising and I need a way to enforce adverts.  Is there a way to get
the server to automatically load a frame displaying an advert when a URL is
called from anywhere?  For example: someone calls
http://www.theirdomain.com/ and an advert frame is automatically displayed.
(like Xoom do)  And if someone calls www.theirdomain.com/alocation/ directly
to check if the frame is loaded, and if not, the frame is loaded with our
advert?

Any suggestions for ways to do this effectively?
