Err, i don't see it as a problem, but as the solution many people want... If
you just want the mail you send to webmaster@xxxxxxx to go to the '@foo.com'
user, then just delete the 'webmaster' user... It's that simple...

Now if i understood wrong, then you want mail directed to the webmaster
user, but it goes to the catch all user instead. OK...
Edit /etc/virtusertable and place the catch all alias to the end of the list
for that virtual site.
