[cobalt-users] ERaQ4 Stuck email

I have read the archives on this one. I have searched them for the
last 30 minutes or so. Lots on stuck emails and forwarding
etc....nothing on this that I can find.
I have one client who originally had wanted to retrieve his email off
of the server. Now he does not want to do that anymore. Between the
last time he checked for mail on the server and when we set up the
mail forwarding for him, a couple of messages came in. When I do a ls
-la of the /home/spool/mail/ directory I can see that his file is
about 274K in size.
How do I force those *stuck* emails to continue on their journey to
my client without my client having to log in to the server.
I tried restarting sendmail and that did no good. I know there must
be a command somewhere to do this, but i cannot find it.
Anyhelp would be appreciated.
