[cobalt-users] Domain Owner Screwed up!!! HELP!

Hi All;

I have a friend who owns the very first RAQ1
made by Cobalt with the original OS with patches...

A domain owner did a DUMB thing....
He delete everything in his directory including
users and ftp. Now the owner of the RAQ1
cannot reinstall this domain because he cannot
free up the ip address or completely delete
the old domain....How does one do a clean delete
of a screwed up directory, what files need to be edited..?? The poor owner
is beside himself....
and until we clean up the screw up, this domain
is broken.

HELP!!! Cobalt was no help....
