[cobalt-users] RaQ4 Problem with Logs/Usage Stats

Hi, I've had a RaQ4 running for about 4 days now. I'm having a problem with
the logs/usage stats. First, I'm getting an e-mail every morning mailed to
the "admin" account, which reads:

errors occured while rotating /var/log/xferlog

Failed to open /home/sites//logs/ftp.log: No such file or directory
error running prerotate script --
leaving old log in place

Also, none of the virtual sites are having stats generated. If I go to the
Site Usage screen in the control panel for a virtual site, it says: "Usage
report has not yet been generated. Reports are generated nightly for each
site if activity has been logged."

I've also noticed that "raw" log files are being generated for each virtual
site (in /home/sites/site#/logs) for web and mail usage, but NOT for FTP
usage.

I've searched through the mailing list archives and tried a couple of things
I found there, but nothing's worked. (I read something about how deleting
sites might cause problems with the logs, but I don't believe I've deleted
any sites since I've had the server.) I have not installed any additional
software on the machine (like a third-party stats program). The server seems
to otherwise be working okay. Thanks in advance for any help.
