I'm afraid it is... - it's FREE with the option pack and SMTP mail which is
also FREE with the option pack.

In fact a Chilisoft Tech acknowledged this back September and quoted ' Yes,
you are correct. IIS4 does now come with a simple mail component that allows
you to send off an email. The websites (both Chili and Cobalt) will be
checked thoroughly to make sure that there are no misleading statements
about functionality.' when replying to another message about this.

I have only discovered this since, I (to my horror) found that email could
not be sent from a simple form - the other day.

Cobalt / Chilisoft have been very mis-leading in this affair - I have
emailed Chilisoft about this - but they have not had the decency to even
reply to my email!!

Yes - but it comes on a CD does it not? Why can't it be downloaded? A CD is
not a lot of good if my server is other side of the world!!
