[cobalt-users] RaQ4 Admin Control Panel Weirdness

Hi, I just got a RaQ4 to replace a RaQ3. So far all I've done is set up the
DNS services, change the "AllowOverride" line in the access.conf file to
"AllowOverride All" (so I can use .htaccess files for password protecting
directories, etc.), and added an .htaccess file to the /home/sites directory
that contains "Options -Indexes" (to disable directory browsing).

I've discoverd that now when I log into the admin GUI control panel (at
http://myipaddress/admin), it starts up with the Maintenance > Install
Software page. Everything seems to work okay; I can click on the Site
Management button and it takes me to that screen, and everything seems to be
functioning properly. I'm just wondering what happened to change the default
page for the control panel, and (more importantly): How do I fix it?
Starting with the Install Software page isn't very useful.
