[cobalt-users] [RaQ 2] Locked out of control panel

Hello everybody,

We are in need of a little help.  We have just configured a RAQ2, created
a couple of virtual sites, created some users, pointed dns lookup to our
only ip for those domains for the sites we just created.  All of a sudden we
cannot access the control panel any more, we get this message:

"While trying to retrieve the URL:
http://196.40.15.78:81/.cobalt/sysManage/index.html

The following error was encountered:

  Access Denied.
  Access control configuration prevents your request from being allowed at
this time. Please contact your service provider if you feel this is
incorrect. "

What could be causing this error?  Is there a way to access the control
panel in this situation?  Why is this happening?
