Is this the case with any directory you attempt to create via FTP on an FP
enabled site on a RaQ4? On FP sites on my RaQ2, I generally create a
cgilocal directory via FTP and tell the client to never touch that directory
with FP. I put any CGI scripts there. I don't use the "cgi-bin" that FP
creates.
If you can't do this with a RaQ4, I'd say it's a serious bug.
