[cobalt-users] Web Server Won't Start

Hi,
I'm new to the list, but have searched the archives for an answer to my 
problem without any luck.  The web server for my RaQ3 is down and I 
can't start it.  When I telnet in and run the start or restart command, 
I get the following error...

Setting up Web Service: Syntax error on line 365 of
/etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf: Can't locate Cobalt/Ssl.pm in @INC (@INC
contains: /usr/lib/perl5/5.00503/i386-l inux /usr/lib/perl5/5.00503

I have confirmed that Ssl.pm is in
/usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.005/Cobalt/Ssl.pm
But I don't know what @INC is, or what it may have to do with the 
problem.  

Line 269 of httpd.conf is...
use Cobalt::Ssl;
And line 365 of httpd.conf is...
</Perl>

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.  I'm in DEEP S--T!  All of my 
websites are down and my clients are angry!
