I've mentioned it before, but the question keeps popping up - We produce a
commercial web-based email product which we developed on the RaQ2 and RaQ3
platforms. We're also in the UK :-)

It's not in .pkg format, but is easy to install and comes with free
installation anyway. We're also very familiar with the Cobalt RaQs (we've
had them from the beginning of the RaQ1) and can help configure catchalls,
etc.
