Yes with this version you do as you see fit.

Depends on the "secret of the sea" or the way cobalt is rotating logs on
the 4. Guess I'll have to buy one for research. :( For individual sites I
would run it off the web.log and a cron job. setup a conf file for each set
of stats and read the command line stuff at the webalizer site.
