I think there needs to be a patch to stop people from trying to use both FTP
and FrontPage to upload files. If you want to delete a file with FTP don't
publish the file with FrontPage. If you delete a file with FTP from a
FrontPage web you will mess up the FrontPage web. Just open the site in
FrontPage and delete it.
