This is what I did :
1. Sent a message to <list-owner>@domain
2. Send a message to the list with the word subscribe as the only word in
the first line of the body of the message.
I did not receive any of the above messages. I have 4 user accounts on the
site including the account that was created for me when I got the site. I
checked all 4 accounts and the mails were not delivered to any of them.
The second mail was also not delivered to the list as I am subscribed to
this list also. And yes, I did turn on administrivia.

Huh ? That is beyond my understanding of the RAQ. Will try to read up on
that.
