[cobalt-users] Raq4 pop before relay for dummies

Apologies to those of you not getting the digests., if this is old hat.

I've installed the pop before relay on my RaQ4 and have two pop/relay
newbie questions on this particular topic:

do I need to make various modifications to any files
do I need to create any new empty data files

or, is it good to go once installed via the GUI/install ... ?

I've clicked the link on the installed software page in order to see the

option (on/off) and time setting.

Is there anything else I need to do on the backend?

It's not entirely clear in the docs that I have.
