[cobalt-users] Using Cobalt CGI scripts without /personal

Hi, folks. I'm not sure if this has been asked, but the list archives
don't seem to have a search function, and I wasn't finding anything going
through by hand.

I'm running a virtual domain on a Cobalt Raq and I would like to have
password changing pages integrated into my site (i.e., not have to make my
users use the /personal GUI) After disecting the /personal GUI, (a
perverse mix of CGI, Javascript, and frames, it seems) I was able to
discern the names of the parameters passed to the Cobalt CGIs to change a
password, but I can't get it to work correctly (the password does not
change. The script does not report any error, however.)

Alternatively, I read in the KnowledgeBase that Cobalt supplies Perl
modules which can be used to interface with the password routines. This
would probably be a more eligant solution, as I could write my own CGIs
from the ground up (and I have a perversely fun time writing Perl
:) ) Does anyone know how to impliment this with the supplied modules?

Thanks a lot,
