ipfw (IP FireWall) is a package that's already installed on your Qube.
ipfwadm (IP FireWall ADMinistration) is used to add, change, and delete
rules on your IP Firewall. The only thing the Cobalt graphical user
interface does is make it easy for you to enter things, then it goes
and talks to the ipfw package itself.
The IP Firewall screen on the graphical Qube2 interface is definitely
broken. That's why I suggested that you use telnet to access the
server (do you know how to do this?) and study the help on ipfw so
you can do it *without* the graphical interface. It's not much more
difficult, don't worry...
