To correct this you will need to edit /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf and search
for the VirtualHost block for that domain. Within this you will see a
directive called ServerAdmin, you need to change this to the email address
of your choosing.

I don't know how to change this - most likely it would involve looking into
the CGIWrap code.
