Actually, I think the email way of unsubscribing will work.  I just got
a reply saying I'd used the wrong password and I had.  I'm about to use
the correct one (so if it works I won't be able to tell the list!).
What you do is send a message to cobalt-users-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
with no subject and the words
unsubscribe password
where password is your mailing list password
in the body of the message.

For general help, send a message to cobalt-users-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
with the word `help' in the subject or body (don't include the quotes),
and you will get back a message with instructions.
