Hi Daniel

You have to set up a new user for each email account you want.
Each one will have a username (which must be unique to your whole SERVER,
not just the site) and password, and you can assign email forwarding (and
aliases) to each one.

You simply need to create a user for each POP account.  Forwarding is
also easily done from the web based GUI.
