[cobalt-users] RE: e-mail problem on Qube2?

I submitted the following enquiry and made one error:

I've got a user on a Qube 2 network using Outlook 2000 who receives e-mail
with attachments that are 1.3 MB Word documents.  Usually he has no problem
opening the document.  Occasionally he cannot but if forwarded to another
user they can open the document.  The message he receives when he cannot
open the document is:  "Word cannot open the document try one or more of the
following. *On the File Menu, click open to open the document, *Make sure
the document has a .doc extension"  Neither of these are any help.  Does
anybody know the solution to this?

The error is when the message is forwarded the attachment still cannot be
opened and has the same resulting error message.  The problem is occurring
only on this particular user's machine and only sporadically.  Help?
