[cobalt-users] PHP4 Install on a Qube 2

We are currently running PHP4 on a Qube 2.  Whenever the Qube is restarted
PHP4 no longer works.  Unfortunately we have to reinstall the whole thing
from
scratch and then restart the web server. This doesn't seem right....

I know there have been some mention about issues regarding the rewriting of
configuration files (in this case httpd.conf).  I did review the Knowledge
Base
and the MARC site (http://marc.theaimsgroup.com/?l=cobalt-users&r=1&w=2),
but found nothing in particular about making the PHP install permanent. Are
there
any ways to keep the Qube from writing over these files?  Is it possible?
