Maybe you haven't got the capital to pay 3 years worth up front?
Maybe so you're not locked in for 3 years? Maybe so you get a whole
lot more bandwidth included in the price?
I'm not saying these deals aren't good for some people, but it depends
on what you want your RaQ for exactly, and how it's going to be used.
