what is seems they are doing is letting you pay for the raq upfront...that 
way they dont have to fork out the capital expenditures, and with bandwith 
rates dropping, it should be a very safe business model

 I've got a RaQ with UK2.net and I'm happy so far.. I was a bit choked at 3
 years up front - it's about £1200 worth.
 
 UK2.net have upped the bandwidth limit to 10Gb/month.. and that's gigabytes
 not bits.. I can't remember who it was that quoted in gigabits but you're
 right - there was one, and it WAS misleading..
