[cobalt-users] Webalizer 1.30 issues

I downloaded "webalizer-auth-1.30.04.i386.pkg" file from Cobalt FTP server
to my Cobalt RaQ3i server. But now, I am experiencing some issues when I am
trying to upload web sites to my RaQ3i through FrontPage. When I select
"Publish changed pages only" option from my Front Page for publishing the
web site. I get an error message as follows:

"Server error: Cannot change permissions on file
'/home/sites/site1/web/stats/usage_200010.html"

After this message, I am not able to publish to web site. I can only
publish, if I select "Publish all pages, overwriting any already on the
destination" on my Front Page 2000. I want to solve this problem, as I am in
web hosting and my clients are annoyed by this bug or error. I will
appreciate it very much, if someone can help me about the solution of this
problem.
